Strict Quality Control Process
The QC process in E&C COSMETICS always strictly comply with ISO and GMPC standard to ensure the product quality can meet the EU and FDA
standard requirements.
Stage 1:
Product design and development
- Stability test
- Compatibility test
- Weather resistance test
- Packing component safety test
- Preservative test
- Regulation audit of label and identification
- Transportation safety test
Stage 2:
Incoming quality control
- Raw material QC
Regular physical and chemical inspection on each batch of raw material (appearance, microorganism, etc.) – 3rd party inspection center
- Packing component QC
Sampling inspection (comply with national GB 2828 standard) on each batch of packing component
Stage 3:
Manufacturing quality control
- On-line production QC
Every production stage has to involve the client to control and confirm the product quality
- Packing component QC
Sampling inspection (comply with national GB 2828 standard) on each batch of packing component
Stage 4:
Finished goods quality control
Every batch of outgoing products has to pass all the inspections before shipping to ensure the quality 100% meets the international standards
